RETURNS:

*We do not offer monetary refunds. All returns result in STORE CREDIT ONLY. Thank you for your understanding. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE respect our policies and do not ask to be the exception to the rule. In fairness to all of our customers we do not make exceptions.*

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange. We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept any returned items that smell like smoke. 

There are certain situations where only partial store credit is granted (if applicable) Example: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

To initiate the return process, please e-mail tara@gardenandgraceco.com with the following information: item name/type, reason for return, and whether you will be shipping it back or returning it to the pick-up bin.

EXCHANGES: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or the incorrect size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tara@gardenandgraceco.com.  Keep in mind that our items sell out extremely quickly and we may not always be able to offer an exchange for the same item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

STORE CREDIT:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed and you will receive a code to use at checkout for future purchases.

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All clearance and sale items are final. No returns or exchanges.
